A new Code of Ethics for all Voilàp Group

In recent years, the Voilàp Group has embarked on an extraordinary growth path, driven by strategic acquisitions on the one hand and organic growth on the other. This has allowed us to broaden our horizons and reaffirm and strengthen our presence in world markets. In this context of continuous evolution, we felt the need to emphasise even more strongly the values that have always guided us: quality, innovation, reliability, loyalty, transparency and the pursuit of excellence for all our customers.
 

For this reason, we have updated our Code of Ethics, which by renewing itself represents us even better, becoming
a concrete guide to ensure the uniform adoption of our values in all the Group's realities;
another fundamental building block in the One Company integration path;
a document fully aligned with the growing importance of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues in our strategy and operations.
