voilàp connect
In 2024, Voilàp Connect has been released, a cloud-based IoT platform which allows machines to be monitored from anywhere in real time.
Voilàp Connect enables improvement of machine performance (monitoring machine consumption, status and production load), distribution of production on connected machines (detecting critical periods of machine downtime and identifying causes that negatively impact productivity), detailed analysis of machines components and support ESG practices (reduction of consumption and waste). Based on the key user, the product has a dedicated platform, enabling the following goals:
‣ Customer (machine owners, plant manager, operators): machine real time and historical monitoring, plant overview, machine efficiency KPIs, production orders progress, energy
‣ Manufacturer (after sales, service R&D Dept.): support remote maintenance and service, alarm monitoring and event analysis, gather data for R&D purposes, track the health and performance of customer machines and common components

imecon refurbished products
Imecon, a Voilàp group company focused on smart solutions for digital signage, offers to different customers the possibility to refresh the already installed and running products, following a planned manteinance, guaranteeing at the same time a full potential use of the products. This solution extends the life cycle of products, allows customers to better plan financial expenditures and reduces environmental impact. In particular, the Product Carbon Footprint (‘PCF’) calculation carried out in 2024 on Imecon’s products through the Life Cycle Assessment methods (‘LCA’) revealed that totems’ Carbon Footprint is 3,79 tons CO2 per piece (average by model), while ribbon Carbon Footprint is 0,94 tons CO2 per piece (average by model).
